This purchase was my first experience with ceramic coated pans. I'd only used standard nonstick until now. After extensive searching online I went with Nordic Ware because I know they make quality products, and since the company has been around for a long time I knew if I had any issues with my pans in the future that I could get help, unlike a new trendy brand that might not stay in business. I also appreciate that they're just one state over from me. (Which resulted in my order arriving just a day after I'd placed it!) It's been about a month and my pans are great. I use them several times a week, mainly for simple things like eggs and pancakes. I only use silicone or plastic cooking utensils with them, and clean up is very easy with just a soft sponge and dishsoap. Certain foods, like eggs, still need some butter or other fat to truly slide out (same as my old nonstick pans) but clean up really is effortless. The pans have a good weight to them and are very substantial. Not flimsy feeling at all. The only thing I'd nitpick about with the style of pans I got are with the edges on the handles. They're not necessarily "sharp" but I do wish they were a bit more rounded off for comfort. All in all though so far I'd say these seem like a great product at a very good price.

I love this pan! I have been using cast iron and wanted to add ceramic to my rotation. I purchased a ceramic pan from a company with rave reviews, but was disappointed in how it performed on my gas stove. I wish I had known Nordic Ware made ceramic before I purchased that other one. Made in America AND heats evenly AND is non-stick! I will be buying more pieces from this line over time. Highest recommendation!

The pan is just the right size to cook and egg, grill cheese and anything for 1 or 2 people. Add just a small amount of OV in the pan and cook. The pan heats up quickly and don't have to put on high heat. Cleans easily.

I like this pan very much. I haven't bought any new pans in decades dare I say so maybe this coating isn't new to many of you but to me it is out of this world. I make grilled cheese sandwiches in it; French toast; and after cooking the pan looks brand new and you wouldn't even think you need to wash it. In fact it is so slick I have a hard time getting under the sandwich to flip it. I also sauté scallops in it and due to the oil, butter and flour it leaves a liquid mess behind but some paper towels make it look brand new again, and of course soap and water after the wipe. One negative. The handle feels cheap to me and it bugs me as a result. It hasn't bent or broke, but just don't care for its quality.
