About the Author

Erica Chidi is an author, health educator, and former full-spectrum doula whose work sits at the intersection of health, culture, and storytelling. She is the co-founder and former CEO of LOOM, a women's health education platform acquired by Perelel Health in 2024. With more than 15 years of experience in sexual and reproductive health, Erica is known for translating complex health information into clear, compassionate, and usable guidance.
