The HOOK is intelligent and simple to operate.When recording phrase loop, can choose Normal Recording or Auto Recording. Normal Recording is like a regular looper pedal—while press the footswitch, it starts to record immediately. When in Auto Recording mode, press the footswitch to record arm the looper. HOOK will start recording once it detects guitar signal. This is convenient while put the HOOK on the desk, and can use hand instead of foot to operate it.Even without the phrase loop, the HOOK can be used as a drumbeat with Smart Tap Tempo. It offers 11 drumbeat styles with high-quality sound samples, and useful rhythms for practice.The HOOK features 24-bit/44.1kHz recording resolution and six minutes recording time with unlimited overdubs. It’s true-bypass and analog dry-through. The drumbeats and loop playback are independent, which means can stop the loop and keep the drumbeat playing.
