A: It's a drinkable oatmeal shake! It has whole oats, seeds, fruit, etc but you don't need a spoon. Just shake and enjoy right from the bottle. There is some chewing, kind of like if you had a milkshake with cookie pieces! :)

Good but if you have a maple allergy run
Flavor is fantastic for the birthday cake. Not too sweet or artificial tasting. Perfect little protein packed treat for on the go but i have a sensitivity to maple, think if it as someone who is lactose intolerant but with maple. So I unfortunately will be returning.

My favorite flavor! I love a lot of the Overnight Oats flavors, Birthday Cake is top. Plus all the nutrients and the fact that it holds me over for hours when my day is hectic. Would it be better to make your own, probably, but who has that much time/energy.

I would prefer to make overnight oats myself. Even though this is a little more convenient, the taste and texture is not that great.

Thanks for trying us out! You can prep these more like traditional oats. Just use less milk and warm in a bowl to eat by spoon. We pack in a lot more protein and fiber than your average recipe! :)

great flavor. its like eating a desert for breakfast without feeling bad about it.
Just tried this flavor for the first time and its one of mt favorites! I will say the texture of these does take some getting used to so have an open mind to that if you dont normally eat cold or overnight oats. I used to eat all my oats as warm oatmeal so this was a huge change that took some getting used to but I am so glad I gave it a chance.

Very tasty and satisfying
I’ve purchased Oats Overnight from their website before and I really like them, and they’ve been great easy, healthy breakfasts that keep you full surprisingly long. This is pretty much exactly the same thing as that. The birthday cake flavor in particular is very tasty. I enjoyed this a lot. Will be purchasing again when I’m in between my monthly boxes from Oats Overnight.
