While I appreciate the intent of a healthier fruit based snack, these are not the one. They taste like someone is punishing the strawberry for being delicious and turning them into a sour (as in it tastes like it’s gone bad) puree.

these are gross, do not taste like strawberries and they are not the red color that is in the pictures. theyre dark reddish brown. taste and look sooooo unpleasant. had a bunch of kids try them and they all hated them. not one kid went for a 2nd bite. not even worth the price.

A Jello-like alternative
If you aren’t accustomed to consuming added sugars and other unhealthy ingredients then this is a slightly healthier alternative. It’s still sweet due to the use of concentrated juices so it’s still a dessert to me. I was looking for a healthier alternative to Jello, because I have something called gastroparesis, and often have to switch to liquids and purées. This tastes a lot like jam with jam-like consistency but definitely did the trick for me. It’s delicious! I eat it cold. My husband wants to mix it with almond butter and put it on crackers.
