Scarlet Narciso is an illustrator of children's books. Born in a small town on Venezuela's Caribbean coast (Carúpano), she has since moved internationally many times and lived in several countries in the Americas and Europe. Among the several books she has illustrated is the beloved La Tortilla Corredora. One Good Turn is the first book she has written and illustrated.
