Cute throwback to a book i remember having when i was little!

Like many others I didn’t like the message. You don’t need to give people your things so they can be your friend. Sharing is different, this is not about sharing. I don’t suggest buying.

This book had a terrible message and shouldn't be taught to children.

Learning to share is an important life lesson, but this story is not the way to teach it - it’s confusing and makes it sound like your child needs to dumb themselves down to fit in. This is an awful message for kids. Please remove this book.

I’m wondering if this is an abridged version of the story or if in my memory there was more to it. Very short but cute board book.

This is such a classic and the illustrations are awesome. You should definitely add this one to your collection.

Colors are beautiful and shiny. Durable as well.

This is a cute story and a must for toddlers who don't want to share. I've also been asked to review an item purchased as a shower gift. When Target notes a purchase from a registry, they should wait until shower date and email the mother-to-be and request a review!

It’s a little cheesy. I thought a board book would be more board. This one is rather flimsy and cheesy.

Not a good message for children.

Perfect gift for my little nephew can’t wait to just sit and read them to him so excited!!

The book came quickly which is great but I noticed it has not been removed from the baby registry. I will need to call to get this done.

Shortened version for similar price of the full one.

This story provides a terrible message to children. The rainbow fish is arrogant because he is so beautiful and the only way to make the other fish like him is to alter his appearance to be less attractive while making the other fish appear more attractive. I think a better story would have been that the rainbow fish not change a thing about his physical appearance and the starfish tells him to find what makes the other fish beautiful and unique in their own way. It missed the opportunity to teach children physical appearance should not define them.

Came packaged carefully. My nephew is going to love this!!

Beautiful simple story about learning to share. Beautifully illustrated. My granddaughter wants it read to her over and over and over!

As a board book the story was shortened considerably and ended up in the air.

This is a cut down short version and honestly the storyline comes across poorly. With less context the moral of the story seems to be giveaway special parts to make friends.

This is a small version of the book but great for toddlers which is what I bought it for
