I can assure you that each MADE IN GREEN label issued has an individual product ID. The product ID, in the form of a number and/or a QR Code, shows where the product was made and that the product has been tested for harmful substances and produced sustainably in accordance with OEKO-TEX® guidelines. This information can be found by entering the product ID at www.madeingreen.com or by scanning the QR Code.

submitted byMeleann53 - 5 years agoA: I bought the bath sheet and measured it. It is larger than the bath towel but not the size stated for the bath sheet. It actually measures 60 inches in length and 30 inches in width. I like the towel’s quality but I’m disappointed with the size.

Q: Why do the specifications for the towel and bath sheet say they have a hanging loop but many, many answers to recent questions from customers say they don't have loops?
A: They definitely have a hanging loop on each towel. It's on the long edge, about in the center. I have these exact towels and the loop is very helpful!

Q: Why do the pictures show some of the towels with loops to hang but they don't actually have one? I was a little disappointed when I received them but I love the quality so I decided to sew on my own.

Q: I have new but washed Casa Luna towels. Should i use fabric softener/dryer sheets, or the tennis ball kind of softener, or no fabric softener?
