A: Looks real. I got the same call and looked it up online. The turkey bacon was definitely recalled. Says it was discovered in lab testing and no illness have been reported. I hope it’s just a precaution as I already consumed mine about 10 days ago.

Im a big fan of turkey bacon. Though my true love will always be regular bacon, I do enjoy the healthier alternative on a frequent basis especially if I’m looking to cut out some fat. I’ve had the Oscar Mayer turkey bacon a few times and the flavor is good however, I can never get it crispy enough like I can with other brands.

Keeps getting worse
Used to be 22 slices per 12 oz, now is 18slices per 12oz & much thicker. This last package was only 15 slices per 12oz AND Rediculously thick & practically uncookable. Looks like the size of pork you’d use for seasoning.
