Outstanding purchase
The case is of tougher material and that is good, as this ederly does not always put away in purse or under cap and it likes to visit cellar stairs and floor.

Works great
Just what we needed to protect my husband's phone as the last one died from being dropped on the brick floor. Hopefully wont have to put the case to the test, but it's good knowing the new phone is protected.

Good but not great
Happy to have some phone protection. However the case is slippery and has no screen protection. I would gladly pay more for these improvements to the product.

Not what I expected
I loved my old Otterbox for my Galaxy S5 but for the Galaxy A11 I didn't get what I expected. I thought it would be the rubberized case which it wasn't so it can still easily slip out of your hand but you have to pay way too much to get a screen protector which I thought would be included in the case purchase, but doesn't.

Very disappointed with this new BOX. hard and slippery what happened to the quality rubberl-like material used in past. do u make one for the A11? maybe i ordered wrong???
