Glad it was on clearance
Dropped my phone with new case on and got new cracks in my screen. What's the point of this thing?

Durable
Otterbox is tough as nails. I've dropped my phone more times than I can count, and it always comes out unscathed. I'll buy one for every phone I get. I just wish it was easier to find cases for android phones.

Good phone cover not quite as good as previous OB
My new Otter Box cover fits perfectly. I am sure it will protect my phone very well. I am a little disappointed that it doesn't have a face cover. When i took my old phone out of it's OB it was in pristine condition. I was hoping this unit would be covered .that good.

case okay no belt clip
seems to be good i've only had it two or three weeks would be great if you guys had a defender case for the samsung a12 instead of having to purchase additional belt clip to fit commuter series case

Need improvement.
I swear by OtterBox phone cases. By far, they are the best. However, I feel they should trademark the built in screen protector, such as in the OtterBox LG G5 case. That's a huge factor for a lot of people. I recently purchased the Samsung A12 OtterBox and was disappointed that I had to buy a screen protector separately. Still recommend though.

Not the best option
The case is solid. But, the texture is slicker that the phone itself. I've had other otterbox cases before that weren't this slick. I don't recall buying this one before so it may just be this particular one. Won't be keeping it on my phone.
