Doesn't fit well had to rip off power port cover in order for a charge cord to fit and volume buttons don't work right

Because the return cost is so high, I had to keep this case that does not fit a moto g phone. I have had to cut out parts of the case so the microphone and charger port are not covered.

I absolutely love otterbox cases I will not use any other case! I am extremely clumsy when it comes to my phone otterbox is literally the only me proof case!!! If I do not have one I will not use my phone until I get one!!! They are amazing amazing cases I absolutely love them and will never use anything but Otter

The case is nice except one major flaw--it covers the finger print reader on the back making it impossible to use fingerprint to unlock. This is extremely frustrating considering the cost of this case compared to others I've purchased that have a cutout in the same location

OtterBox never fails to do it's job, and do it well. I was super protective of my new phone, and oddly, once I got the OtterBox on it, I dropped it 🙄 I love the fact I was able to get a colour other than black too. This one is a nice shade of green.

I only gave 2 stars for the amazing customer service I received, and because I know OtterBox is an amazing brand most of the time. I usually buy otterbox cases because I know they will fit good and give my phone some much needed protection. So I bought this case for my phone. The phone case fits my phone but the only hole that's perfectly matched up with the hole on the phone is the charger. The head phone jack is partly cut off by the cases hole for the headphones, even the speaker hole is mis aligned and to make it worse the cut out on the back for the camera is mis aligned too the top and left side of the phone case doesn't even cover the camera and part of my phone is exposed. I got a replacement phone case for this because it was assumed to be warped in transit from the heat (?) And not a factory defect and both the 1st case and it's replacement have the same exact issues.
