Not JPM quality….
Just not what I expected from JPM. It made my hair extremely greasy (I don't have greasy hair nor ever got it from shampoo and conditioner) and the smell that was explained to be "pleasant" was anything but. It was a very medicinal smell, very off putting. I was going to return it but the shipping was astronomical, wasn't even worth it to ship back since they wouldn't give me a return label. Just very disappointing and an expensive lesson.

As conditioners go it's average. If you don't have dry hair or any issues and just need a basic conditioner that won't build up etc then it's probably great. However if it's moisture you need then this won't do it. Way too thin and not rich enough. Paul Mitchell The Detangler
