I have bought this 3lb package 3 times and 3 times I was disappointed. As I was cooking the ground chicken in a pot there was Way Too much liquid coming from the chicken and the quantity of actual chicken Way Too much volume missing. Also while cooking the 3 time I re-read the label and noticed that 1/2 of the calories come from Fat. DANG. I see no benefit in cooking with this fatty meat again. Not trying to be nasty but this package of breast looking ground chicken is a ruse.

I buy this at least once a week, it’s super affordable and I love that I just dump it in the pan to cook, avoid any prep and touching raw chicken. Can add it to basically anything to up the protein and it doesn’t have a strong flavor that overpowers.

We buy this product when we are in New England. It is our GO TO protein. The flavor is minimal, so I can take this meat in any direction ... burgers, ethnic meals, stuffed peppers, virtually any meal I used to make with ground beef I now make with Perdue BLUE LABEL. Green label was all that was offered in MS and we hated its slightly vinegary taste.

Cooks up nicely, the whole family likes it
Like many of us these days, I've started buying more affordable proteins because beef prices are insane. So I tried ground chicken, which is never suggested in place of beef for some reason, and it turns out we all love it! But not all brands are the same. The Perdue ground chicken breaks up easily and stays moist. The fact that it's healthier than beef is a bonus. We now make chicken lettuce wraps once a week. The kids are happy and my wallet's happy.

We LOVE this!!! I am such a picky ground beef eater, and having this as an alternative is amazing! I'm also dieting, so this makes it so easy to substitute in recipes. I love the flavor, and using it in recipes. The only problem is finding it in stores!!! It sells out!!
