Performance Plus Bath Towel - Threshold™

So much shedding! Just purchased this. Put in the wash before use...it sheds so much! There is still a bunch of loose pieces that will stick to other clothes. Very poor quality.

Purchased these towels less than a year ago, after a few months they started to come apart, now some have the entire seams pulled apart. Don't recommend. So unfortunate because they were the perfect color.

Perfect sized hand towel, not too thick or thin…looks nice on counter or towel bar.

After several than of use/washes they have stayed soft. However, they are low quality. They snag easily and the sewing along the edges separates quickly. I’ve spent more time sewing them back together than I care to admit.

These are genuinely the greatest towels I’ve ever used. I’ve used them for YEARS and love them so much.

These towels look and feel great, but after the first wash they have strings pulled throughout and are unraveling. A total waste of money!

I love how big these towels are! They wash well and hold their color. I’ve purchased more since getting them and replaced all my towels.

Purchased a full set of Threshold bath towels less than a year ago and totally regret the purchase. Within weeks the first towel was starting to unravel. Wish I had returned them right then but I gave it the benefit of the doubt that it was a fluke. A majority of the towels have fallen apart within the first year.

Fade-Resistant??? Seriously??

I absolutely love this entire line of towels, hand towels and wash cloths. The material is really nice and absorbs water! A great feeling material against the skin. Highly recommend - great product for a low price.

I cannot express how crappy these towels are. First of all, they shed like a husky so for months you’ll have tiny towel tumbleweeds and it’ll get all over your laundry machines. Secondly, they say it is fade resistant but after a few weeks of washing you can see the difference. And lastly the stitching has come undone on every single towel. Like an idiot I bought full sets in multiple colors. Give it 2 stars because technically it will get you dry.

The reviewers that are complaining about too much lint are only happening with the solid colored towels. We have purchased the solid towels which shed lint during the first wash. Hardly any lint after the first wash. We also purchased the Dark Grey and white striped bath towel and several of the hand towels. Only a little lint for the first wash and dry cycle and hardly any lint for the second wash. We are so pleased with the quality that we went back and bought more. Stick with the striped towels if you are concerned about too much lint during washes. If some lint during first wash only doesn't bother you, try the solid towels too. Our solid colored towels still look great 6 months later. People need to be patient!! The towels are good quality for the price!

The "aqua" towels are more true blue. Disappointing because I had previously purchased threshold towels that were aqua and these do not match at all. They are also very flat and not fluffy like the ones they used to have.

First of all, these hand towels (gray and aqua) shed like crazy despite washing and drying them multiple times. Secondly, there is absolutely no absorbency-period. Whenever I dry my hands, they still feel damp. I don't know if there's some special or unique coating on these hand towels or what!? Honestly, my cheap and thin Room Essentials hand towels from 2022 are more absorbent. Yes, these towels are thick and look attractive, but they are not worth the money.

These are the worst towels ever! The amount of lint they produce is ridiculous. Even after several washes, they are still leaving lint on our bodies after use!
