Easy to set up. Works just as stated, no smell, no mess.

I like that the dog poop bags have a place to go that will keep the odor from escaping to the surrounding area. I hope it works as well as I’m hoping. I just put it together now. The only negative I have is I thought it would have a bag already in it and the refill would be used later since refill means to fill again. Otherwise I’m hoping it will be perfect for my needs.

Overall it serves its purpose, wish it was a bit larger and more sturdy but we will be keeping it/ using it

This is generally a good idea. And I really like to have it around for when I take my dog out, so I don't have to either bring in the bag and throw it in the garbage, or have to leave it outside in a bucket with a lid. However I think the execution of the sliding door where the bag drops down needs to be reevaluated. There is now a gap that is almost an inch wide between the doors even if I close it all the way. I try to push the door as closed as I can and it's still leaves this large gap, obviously creating a very smelly situation. I can even smell it outside when I go out there to take the dog for a walk on warmer days. I've had flies lay eggs on the top and of course that results in a really disgusting clean up. I still would use this over a garbage pail with a bag in it and a lid, but because of this opening that doesn't close, it's only marginally better. I continue to use it, because it's handy. But I wish they would really redesign that sliding door so that it closes ALL the time and doesn't leave a large gap after a while. The gap started to happen a few weeks after I started using it. It sat protected on my porch while I was using it, but since it started smelling and the gap started, I've had to take it off my porch and put it in the elements.

I bought one before. It works great. It really seals the smell of our dog poops!! I bought the second one because the first one does not open completely and it is harder to out dog poop bags… So this times I registered the product for 1 year extended warranty. Product itself works great.

I made sure to read instructions thoroughly to learn the specs of use as it’s not as intuitive and I can definitely see how the system keeps odor contained. Excited to use and leave another review!

I have been looking for a disposal system that would lock in odor and minimize touching dirty bags. We have the litter genie and love it. Thought I would try this. So far so good. The opening is a little bit small for my poop rake but still seems to work.

Super excited about this pet waste disposal system lol. It works just like porta potty (when you need to flush). Cant wait for no flies around poop bags this summer!!

Lets be honest....taking care of your dog's poop is not fun. Pet Genie at least makes it easier and faster to dispose of your dogs poop so you can get back to having fun with your doggo!!

Just received it so I dont have a lot of feedback yet but it was easy to set up and it seemed to take the poo well.

Grew up with my mother using the diaper genie, this works very similarly. Super satisfied, just cut the bag once you’re ready to dispose.
