It definitely does the job I need for it to do! No smells, easy disposal and the design is beautiful!

Thankful for this it has made changing the trash, & the smell problem so much better.

The product is exactly as described! It eliminates odors that were previous left behind when putting our senior dog’s diaper pads in the regular garbage can in the garage. We are very satisfied!

We’ve always loved our diaper genie so of course when we needed pet waste disposal we went for the pet genie! I love that you don’t need bags!

Just got it. Only used it twice. Seems to work fine. Hopefully it keeps the smell under control. I'll find out soon. Seems like a good solid product.

It’s a great product but I have large wee wee pads and go through lots in a day for my senior dog and wish it were bigger and held more

We like the design but the handle has to be up to lock the top section of the device. We think this is a design flaw because our puppy would love to try and chew on the handle while it's up and locked. While the handle is down he doesn't want to chew on it but then the top section doesn't lock in. Maybe we missed something but to us. That's a silly design flaw that could easily be fixed in future products.

Easy to use and more hygienic than just putting bags into bin

Not sure on it's efficacy as we've just received it but it came in a timely manner, it appears well constructed and seems like it will do the job. We had a diaper Genie for our son when he was little and I'm hoping this will do as good of a job or better!

Easy to set up. Works just as stated, no smell, no mess.

I like that the dog poop bags have a place to go that will keep the odor from escaping to the surrounding area. I hope it works as well as I’m hoping. I just put it together now. The only negative I have is I thought it would have a bag already in it and the refill would be used later since refill means to fill again. Otherwise I’m hoping it will be perfect for my needs.

Overall it serves its purpose, wish it was a bit larger and more sturdy but we will be keeping it/ using it

This is generally a good idea. And I really like to have it around for when I take my dog out, so I don't have to either bring in the bag and throw it in the garbage, or have to leave it outside in a bucket with a lid. However I think the execution of the sliding door where the bag drops down needs to be reevaluated. There is now a gap that is almost an inch wide between the doors even if I close it all the way. I try to push the door as closed as I can and it's still leaves this large gap, obviously creating a very smelly situation. I can even smell it outside when I go out there to take the dog for a walk on warmer days. I've had flies lay eggs on the top and of course that results in a really disgusting clean up. I still would use this over a garbage pail with a bag in it and a lid, but because of this opening that doesn't close, it's only marginally better. I continue to use it, because it's handy. But I wish they would really redesign that sliding door so that it closes ALL the time and doesn't leave a large gap after a while. The gap started to happen a few weeks after I started using it. It sat protected on my porch while I was using it, but since it started smelling and the gap started, I've had to take it off my porch and put it in the elements.

I bought one before. It works great. It really seals the smell of our dog poops!! I bought the second one because the first one does not open completely and it is harder to out dog poop bags… So this times I registered the product for 1 year extended warranty. Product itself works great.

I made sure to read instructions thoroughly to learn the specs of use as it’s not as intuitive and I can definitely see how the system keeps odor contained. Excited to use and leave another review!
