Q: I used to see Philadelphia Neufchatel Cheese on the package label. Now I am only seeing 1/3 less fat "original" cream chese. Are they the same product or are they different?

Cheesecakes are already do fattening, the lower fat is a great option. Easy to bake with, and no noticeable taste difference. Will buy again.

    This stuff is great on Thomas's Keto Bagel Thins. A nice quick breakfast. Too bad Target doesn't stock the flavored cream cheeses too: Spicy Jalapeno, Chive and Onion, and Garlic and Herb. They all have a nice, smooth consistency and tast great. Unlike the "Whipped" type cream cheese, they don't squeeze out the sides when you bite into a sliced bagel. They hold their form while still maintaining a creamy, smooth mouth feel. Love this stuff.
