Has good sound quality & is comfortable. Only problem I found though, is that the headband doesn't stay in the desired setting. Needed to tape both sides to keep it from slipping. Nevertheless - a good value for the price, overall.

Does the trick
After purchasing and having to return three other headphones from other brands, I knew what I wanted and needed. I needed over-ear and not on-ear headphones so they didn’t hurt when I wore earrings. I also didn’t like the wireless Bluetooth headphones as they had intermittent connection issues. And another had a faulty cord. These headphones are great and I have had no issues thus far.

It is good to use for home or business purposes only
First when I saw this headset, I felt it is very big and large. But after checking its quality I felt happy that I haven't wasted my money for this product. I have only one problem with this product, that I can't carry it to outside or use this as it is very unlikely shape to use outside. That's it I have a nice dayyyy.

Recommended with some objections
This headphone seems to have good frequency response in low volume. However, the user has to turn the volume up very high to hear sounds which are not audible otherwise. The headband is very discomfortable. It would be better if the headband is one piece instead of two. The earpads can also be cushioned for added comfort. This was the only headphone available in a store I visited so I had bought it.

Excellent bang for buck!
Excellent headphone at its price. Its even better with mobile phone. For PC, its great too but something feels missing. But nothing to complain for quality its giving at its price. It has average bass, good treble. Clarity is nothing great, but nice. (I am not audiophile)

New Version Too Small
Have an older version of this model number from a couple years back that is great. Bought a recent version for by daughter and the cushions are too small so they push on the ears. The older version was over the ear. The newer version has been cost cut to be too small and is now an on the ear that is too large so that it only pushes on the outer ear.

Decent budget headphones!
I've been using Sennheiser HD202 for 5 years... I bought these Philips SHP1900, tested them and I found that these are... - LOW, THIN and SOFT on TREBEL (High frequencies). - BASS is TIGHT and DETAILED, 5 stars for that! - there IS an effect of a WOOFER and a MIDRANGE speaker - however, there is NO EFFECT OF A TWEETER - VOCALS sounds FLAT - DRUMS, TABLA, hissing sound on letter "S" are ALL FLAT! - However, Sound is spacious and it feels like coming from far away and it surrounds your head very well. 5 stars for that and 3 stars to Senn HD202 for some people these type of sound reproduction can feel NATURAL!! It depends up on individuals and their taste! Even I am FINE with these headphones if not fully satisfied. What I really like about these, is, 20 to 20kHz frequency response, which is GOD tuned HUMAN's HEARING RANGE and Neodymium magnets - Design : Headphones are well designed and they DO LOOK LIKE a headphones. I really like the design. Much better design than my Senn HD 202. 5 stars to Philips! Comfort : very BAD !!! 2 stars only!!! I had to took them off just within first TWO MINUTES as the flesh around my ears started paining! Sennheiser HD 202 : 4 stars for comfort
