Yummy for not right out of the shell!
I'm allergic to imitation crab, so I can only eat real crab. This is perfect! I don't understand all of the poor reviews. Perfect for sushi or sushi bowls! I'm glad I finally tried it despite the reviews! 5 stars from me!

I didn’t think this was as bad as the other reviews state. I’ve used it several times to make crab cakes and they turned out delicious. Just a tiny bit of shell particles, but wasn’t terrible.

Works but too much shell particles
It worked and was tasty on my puréed diet with little options but I would not buy this again. It has entirely too many pieces of shell in it. I’m glad this was not a dish used for others to consume.

disappointing
I bought this product for a crab alfredo recipe. I ate a piece fresh out of the package and it tasted fine, but when I made the sauce and mixed the meat in, there were far too many microscopic pieces of crab shell for me to enjoy my meal. :(

Pretty good for not being fresh crab out of a shell!
Tasted it right after opening and tasted pretty good! I ended up making the crab cake recipe on the back and they turned out great! Will defiantly buy again. Love that it’s real and not that fake imitation stuff.
