I’ve taken B-complex supplements for years, hmmm, maybe decades at this point. I like that these have Vitamin C incorporated into the formula. I’ve noticed that my morning water is far less neon yellow than with my previous brand. Now I’m wondering what food coloring they were using! I expect I’ll be ordering these from Piping Rock again.
