    it's a great value for men.

    It does what I hoped it would do for a male. Female needs are slightly different and it may not be as complete as other B-complex solutions available on the market but the price point for me makes this a great value.

    Fit for life

    Changed formula

    I'm a little disappointed that the formula changed between the last time I purchased this product and my most recent purchase. They should no longer call this B100 since the B1 and B6 are no longer 100mg.
