Q: Does this set for sure include BOTH 4K AND Standard Blu rays, as indicated by the listing? And also important: Does it come with an Ultraviolet Digital Copy for Vudu/iTunes?

A: No, this is just the 4K HD with a bonus disc that is Blu ray. I just received my copy and tried to watch it without a 4K player.
