It really makes a difference

Such a nice touch!
Our chimney sweep recommended a fireback to protect our fireplace's masonry. We just bought this (after admiring it for years in the P&H catalog) and love it! Don't forget to order the cast iron feet separately.

No place like home!
We've considered purchasing a fireback for sometime. We've spent lots of time at home in the last year so lots of fire on the patio too!! The Victorian fireback helps put out a little more heat, looks nice and has to save some wear and tear on the masonary!

Best addition to our fireplace
We had always loved the look of antique firebacks but could not find one to fit in our fireplace. Not only is this piece quality and beautiful, it is also improves the heat that comes out of our fireplace using smaller amounts of wood. What a fantastic piece. Wish we had bought it sooner.

Heavy and sturdy and yes, really adds heat plus keeps your flu warm while the embers die. No cold air coming down our chimney. Very large takes up the whole back of our fire place box, which is great!

Read the fine print
It does not come with feet, as it appears in the picture. the feet are not available from you and they are just as expensive as the fireback.
