Exceeded My Expectations – A Must-Have!
I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I got the plusOne personal massager, but wow—it really impressed me. It’s super easy to use, fits comfortably in your hand, and the different vibration settings are awesome. I love that it’s quiet but still really effective. I’ve tried a few other massagers before, and this one just feels higher quality and more thoughtful in the design. The battery lasts a good while, and charging is super easy too. Overall, I’m really happy I got this. It’s become a little part of my daily routine, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about trying one!

Awful design
I bought this today. I followed the instructions for charging (magnetic pin on this one) and it does not hold a charge or work at all. The magnetic pin also hates staying connected.

It is honestly just fine. I feel like the flexible neck makes it harder to control pressure and the on/off button is tough to push. Not huge issues, but things that could be improved on.

I love this so much! I knew from the shape I was gonna like this but I’m surprised how often I fend myself grabbing this over everything else in my drawer. The vibes are strong, and I normally don’t use the patterns often but this one has a pattern that I use often.The size of the head is perfect, not too big, and the flexibility allows you to roll it around. I can climax multiple times with it in one session!!! Highly recommend this.

Ehhh
I would have given 5 stars because the performance of this toy is 100% better than any of the many ones that I’ve tried! One of my favorites hands down, but because it’s now not working after only owning it for about 8 mos I have to give it 3 stars. I’ve troubleshot every possible solution but it seems it’s not something I’m qualified to fix. After I charged it fully and it turns on and will vibrate until it slightly is bumped against any object it immediately stops functions. It seems like there may be a short circuit or something in this faulty product.

Poor communication.
My husband and I have bought 3-4 of these in the past 3years. We feel in love with it the 1st time we experienced with it. In the heat o the moment we name him “Go-To” Unfortunately everyone that we have purchased, went out on us in a very short period of time. On the warranty page of the website, I have filled out my information and submitted it and waited and waited and waited on a response. After the second time I just gave up on waiting for a response. We currently have two that do not work in two separate ways. One of them only works when it wants to and will stop working in the middle of utilizing it. And the other one we never know if it’s charging or not because the light doesn’t work. As much as we would like to I’m most definitely hesitant Which makes us on purchasing more products. Enjoy the item, however the company seems not care about communication with their customers.

Perfect for beginners and experts
I bought this product about two years back, and I was absolutely thrilled. However, since then, it no longer functions as intended which is to be expected with certain toys. Nevertheless, it's a wonderful product and exceeded my expectations. The head is so flexible and makes it easy to push to get the right spots without harming yourself or breaking the toy. It's soft, it's pretty, and it's incredibly powerful. I'd definitely recommend this to any beginners, and it's such a nice medium between pinpoint stimulation and broad stimulation. I've absolutely loved it ever since I bought it. It's also great for bath usage since it doesn't slip much ❤️

Bought it I'd say 5-6 months ago. worked pretty great until recently. the battery doesn't hold a charge as long anymore and pressing too hard with it will cause the silicone to crack/split over time. did take a long time to get to this point though!
