when it arrived I thought maybe it was in a vacuumed sealed bag and when I opened it would expand but no.... pillow is paper thin. I gave it two stars only because it was the right size.

Firm, but not as fluffy as I had hoped. Bought these to replace the old inserts that came with my couch pillows. In hindsight, I probably should have ordered a larger pillow insert to achieve desired bulk instead of buying exact fit. Ah, well. These work for now!
