A: Hi Mary, Thank you for your question! Yes, you can hook the 48-inch Round Fire Pit Table to a natural gas line. The Crystal Fire® Plus Burner can run for 8-16 hours using a 20 lb. propane tank or can be hooked up to a natural gas line (propane tank not included). Happy shopping!

A: Hello Sara,
Our fire pit tables are designed so that the bottom portion is just meant to house the propane tank, and it should not produce any actual heat. All of that will be limited to the top of the table, in the glass fire portion. So yes, it should be perfectly safe for your wood deck.

A: Hello,
The glass wind guard is needed when using the fire table. Not only will it protect small hands from reaching the fire directly, but is also protects the recycled plastic table from potentially being damage on a windy day. We do not recommend using the table without it.

The fire is ignited from a stainless steel burner bowl through a gas connection. It contains a wind guard that helps it protect it as well.

When you hear people say “you get what you pay for”!! WOW, I believe it with POLYWOOD. Yes it’s a more expensive but it’s definitely worth it. Craftsmanship and design are gorgeous. We are very happy with the fire pit. I’ve had a chance to use it about four times does use propane fast but the fire is very nice puts off a lot of heat. assembly was easy and we are very satisfied.

Although this was expensive it is well made and sturdy. The cover fits nicely but we placed a hand spreader in the fire pit to elevate it and not allow water to build up. Easy to install glass panes and propane controls and will use this in our fairy garden when it cools down in the Fall.

The table was what we were looking for but the quality was a little disappointing. We purposely tried to find a unit made in the states in an attempt to better ensure this quality. After opening the box I was shocked to see many of the screws holding the top planks to the support braces were pulled out, some stripped. I had to try to lightly reinsert what ones I could. Because of that, the top does not sit flush at all points to the outer rim pieces. Going forward, if I add any additional pieces, I’m not sure I will worry about where those pieces are produced or come from. Back to shopping price.

Scary. . . Shattered glass!
Loved it until. . . . Had for less than a month an only 4-5 hours using fire pit total. Kids were outside but luckily no one around or this would be a different conversation. All of a sudden pop and shattered! Beware!

Polywood never fails for patio furniture! This fire pit is classy and adds a touch of elegance to your patio. Very easy to install and most importantly it is sturdy. We experience a lot of wind where we live and this table is heavy duty and wind proof. It also generates substantial heat on cool evenings.

Love my purchase!
I had been looking for comfortable patio furniture for quite some time. I stumbled onto the Plywood site and at first I a bit stunned by the price. I struggled for a few weeks just thinking if it was worth the price. I finally decided to go for it after watching the online video about how the furniture was made and the fact that it was made in the USA! Knowing that my purchase is guaranteed for 20 years is comforting.
