The Power Pony is the world’s only powered rideable pony, designed to offer kids an exciting,
interactive, and magical riding experience. Equipped with the latest all new ZüME V2 engine,
this 2025 version takes the fun to the next level, offering two improved riding modes so kids can
ride at their own pace, whether they are beginners or pros.
• Learning Mode: This mode enables the rider to have complete control of their Power
Pony while learning to ride, utilizing our new integrated balance system and updated
speed limits. Learning Mode offers three speed control levels: Trot, Gallop, and Race.
• Freestyle Mode: This mode gives the rider full freedom to experience the engine's most
responsive riding levels. Freestyle Mode is recommended for experienced riders and
includes three speed control levels: Skilled, Expert, and Master.
Starting out is easy with Learning Mode, making the Power Pony ready to ride straight out of the
box. Once your child is confident, they can unlock more advanced speeds through the iOS-
Connected Smart App. The app allows them to personalize their Power Pony by creating an
avatar, naming their pony, and tracking their riding journey.
The all new ZüME V2 Engine also features full iOS Bluetooth App integration and a
Bluetooth speaker, so kids can enjoy their favorite music while they ride.

  • A: It will, but it does a lot better on pavement. Don't try it on gravel. Battery runs down faster on grass or carpet as well. But, it will work as long as it's not wet.

  • A: You only get 180 day warranty. Our battery died and they wouldn’t send a replacement. It’s about $50 for a new battery but we paid almost $500 for the pony and only got about a years worth of play, if that. But it can be replaced.

    Horrible product and customer service

    I’m shocked target still sells these it is a horrible product. The battery on ours stopped charging after a month. It was under warranty and the company kept giving us options to fix it that WE would have to pay for despite it being under warranty. I had to fight back and continually pointed out that it wasn’t on me to pay anything, including shipping for the faulty product. They eventually admitted they had to replace it at their cost but if I hadn’t pushed back I would have been out a lot of money. Don’t let them fool you. Then it took months of sending emails back and forth, constantly babysitting them to get it replaced. PLEASE save your money and don’t buy this product.

We did have replacement batteries available under warranty, but the replacement engine you were requesting was unfortunately out of stock while we waited on a new shipment. Our intention is never to make customers pay for a defective product or make getting help more difficult than it should be.     Stopped Charging after 4 months

    We just got it this Christmas and it already doesn't charge. Well come to find out I am not the only one with this problem it's multiple people!!! And on top of that it's expensive! You would think it would be built to last way longer for the price! I am not happy with this product whatsoever

    Cute but has its flaws

    Our kids enjoy it but the fabric on the face ripped. I think it was sewn too tight cause it literally just came apart at seams. But our kids still like it. We got it for Christmas and it’s only February so cause say how long it will last but they seem to enjoy it. We also have church home groups and have a ton of kids come and ride it and they all seem to fight over it. Might get another one but they went up in price. We paid 350 for ours and now they are 499. A bit much I’d say.

    Unicorn ride on

    Absolutely love this unicorn ! It’s very sturdy to the point where k rode it as well (130 lbs). My daughter is obsessed with it ! She rides it around the house, it does not leave any marks and it’s quite. It was also super busy to build. Definitely recommend.

    Doesnt last past 1 year :(

    It was a bit difficult to use for my eight-year-old but as long as she was going slow, she was able to manipulate it. My reason for the one star is as I read from another customer that only lasted one year and we are literally one year and a week to date from when we bought it. It did not last past one year.

    No charger in the box.

    Ordered this item for Christmas, but the charger is not in the box so we are not able to charge. I’ve reached out to customer service and have not received a response. The pony was charged out of the box & it is definitely a hit with my 5 year old. Endless fun until the battery dies. Hopefully we can get a charger really soon.

    Hoverboard right side charging issue

    Less than 2 months after giving to 6 year old daughter for her birthday the right foot pedal stopped charging. She loved it for the short time it worked - used minimally & indoors only. The unicorn & hoverboard are useless now as we are outside of the 90 days from purchase window. Agree with the other reviews with same issue - DO NOT BUY!!
