I got this controller less than 2 months, used it maybe a handful of times, and then the face buttons stopped working out of the blue. It won't even sync to my console or charge when connected to an USB-C cable to the system or a wall outlet. Disappointing, as it is a nice controller and the included LED lights are a bonus. I would not recommend it because of its poor quality.

The instructions it comes with are completely trash. I had to watch 2 videos and trial n error to figure the colors out. Which at some point the bottom half LEDs stopped working… before I could even pair it to my system it broke ???? Other than that it’s okay. Still used it, played with it for a couple hours and it feels nice. Would be 10/10 if the LEDs didn’t give out and it actually came with useful instructions

I bought this controller on 8/8/24, it is 9/16/24 and the buttons randomly stopped working MID game. The stupid part is that the joysticks worked just fine but EVERYTHING else stopped. I tried re-pairing and I had fully charged it the night before. Do not waste your money on this garbage controller! Of course I paid in cash and I'm sure Target will NOT issue me a refund or replacement. Absolutely ridiculous, ruined a match in my game. Honestly ruined my entire night.

I own another controller but it does not have Lumectra. Needless to say, I prefer this new one now! The color combinations are endless and make it even more fun to use. The battery life is excellent. It’s comfortable to hold and durable. I know this because I have dropped it once with no issues.

I would say the instructions that came with the controller weren’t as helpful as searching online for peer video instructions. Some buttons I accidentally hit which is annoying but it hasn’t affected game play.
