Here is the step-by-step process to perform a hard reset and get it working again: 1. The Hard Reset (Most Likely Fix) On the back of the controller, there is a tiny Factory Reset Hole. Look for a small pinhole, usually located to the right of the Program button (the circular button in the middle of the back).Use a paperclip or a SIM card tool to press the button inside that hole. Hold it for about 5 seconds. Try pressing the Home button on the front to see if the lights turn back on.     Comfort and ergonomical

    This is one of my favorite switch controllers when it comes to comfortably of the grip. I just wish they gave it better thumbsticks, as this controller is prone to stick drift, albeit not near as bad as the joy-cons as is manageable with alcohol and a blower

    Target Should Stop Selling This!

    Target needs to stop selling this. My fault for not reading the reviews. But after 1 week same issue as so many others. Buttons stopped working. Do not buy.

    Worked for one day

    Got this for my son for Xmas. He used it one day and it stopped working. Could not charge it. Customer service was not very sympathetic.

    Controller failed mid use

    I was playing It Takes Two, and suddenly I couldn't jump or do any buttons other than move. tried to reconnect it nothing happened. Now won't charge or respond to anything. never dropped or spilled on.

    Two Broken Controllers

    i bought 4 controllers, the two that work are great. Two do not hold a charge. Emailed about the broken controllers still havnt gotten a response. If you like to gamble, this might be for you lol

    Dont waste money

    Had this for 2 weeks. Then this morning (12/6/25) ALL buttons stopped working. Only joysticks worked and thats it. Wont charge either. Wife tossed the box away (NEVER DO THAT!!!) and now cant return it for money back.

    Waste

    Haven’t even had it a year & it doesn’t work! My husband got his controller the same day I did, different brand & his still works amazing! Will not recommend or buy again! $60 wasted!
