Disappointed delivery
Item purchased as a gift so I won't know about the product until Christmas. Target services were great as usual. Delivery by FedEx delivery was horrible. Shipping box was severly smashed enough to crush the product box inside. Thankfully product appears undamaged.

Not for NES Switch Controllers
Does not charge Switch NES controllers. They are too big for the stand. Bought a Switch 2 and needed a way to charge the retro controllers after getting rid of Switch 1. Works fine for regular joy-cons.

Great for charging joy-cons, NES online controllers DON’T FIT! We bought this because we wanted our Nintendo Online controllers charged when we wanted to use them, but when I went to slide them on, they won’t go all the way in because the base is in the way. Nice product, but this is a shame. Going to return.

Faulty doesn't charge joycons
This charging dock is not worth it. We keep our joycons on this charging dock so they're ready to go when we need them. We don't play often so it's nice to be able to have them fully charged. When we went to grab the joycons all of them were dead despite being in the plugged in, charging dock. Seems like we've always got issues with this charging dock. After removing all the joycons the lights stay on and red on 3/4 docks. We must have a broken dock. Unfortunate because it defeats the purpose if having it in the first place. I don't recommend it.

Works for Joy-Con, but not switch online conrollers!
Buyer beware! this is a great product for the original joy con nintendo switch controllers. but it doesn't charge the nintendo switch online controllers, i.e. nintendo/super nes/ etc. joy-con controllers. I have tried two of these products and to no avail. They fit on just perfect but cannot be charged. This should be able to charge these joy con "official nintendo" controllers. Otherwise, great product. Just bummed out a bit, as I bought it for the joy-con online controller charging function.

It doesnt work properly
Purchased this a little while ago it has been great but today we went Tobias our remotes that has been in the charger and neither it’s actually charged. Even though the light was green the remotes die either a minute of staring the game. I’m taking this back and I will try to exchange it but I’m not sure if I should just look for something all together it was very annoying.

Works properly, but needs one design change
The charger works as advertised, but when all four joycons are on the charger, there's not much space between the front and rear Joy Con's to get a finger in behind the front ones to press the unlock button. The lock mechanism isn't needed as friction & gravity are more than enough to keep them in place. Changing the design where the Joy Con's do not lock in place would remedy the issue.

Nice that it can fit 4 controllers but after a few uses, it has stopped working. Very bummed out about it! Definitely not worth it
