Each Premier Protein Shake contains 30 grams of protein, complete with all of the essential amino acids, 1g sugar, 4g carbs, 160 calories, 24 vitamins & minerals, and is also low in fat. my mother is now 94 and in her 4th year bedridden with poor appetite. she is healthier because of this exceptional nutrient product which tastes better and is more digestible than other similar products. price is worth the benefits. for many months now she has one in the morning and one in the evening. she likes vanilla but likes chocolate even more. we warm it in microwave with a packet of hot chocolate.

I bought vanilla as other reviewers said it was good, but it is not my favorite. I find it a bit chalky tasting. Cake Batter Delight and Strawberry are my 2 favorite flavors of Premier Protein. Sometimes I freeze them halfway, stir them and eat them like ice cream. Vanilla is just OK.
