A bit dissapointing
I bought these because the "name brand" version has raised their prices so high that I dont feel they are worth the money anymore. Kinda disappointed with these. Not much salt to be seen or tasted, very dry, they just lack the quality of the other brand. As far as pretzels go, they taste just as boring as a low-salt, generic. Great as a condiment delivery device, but boring as a pretzel The bag was overly thick plastic, and I felt like a bit of an eco terrorist for such an inconsequential dry food item. For the price, I guess it's very acceptable, the flavor was plain low-salt pretzel, and a bit dry. Hard to rate it low because it did an adequate job of what it claimed to do. It's just not as great as the Snack Factory brand.

When ordering food or beverages to be shipped to home, time after time I’ve gotten either expired products or ones that expire or lose freshness in mere days. When I’ve reported the problem and/or tried to process returns, I always got pushback. Recently, I spent almost 40 minutes (politely) debating this with a Target rep, who then ended the chat by saying he couldn’t help or refund me. Anymore, ordering online is a much bigger hassle than it’s worth and a huge waste of money.
