Extremely Honest Review

This product really works! The sensation decreased to the point that I was kinda lymp during foreplay. Perhaps, I don't need 3 full sprays. It was an awkward moment at first. My lady felt that I was no longer attracted to her. She made a joke that I have erectile disfuction. LOL. Once I penetrated, I had no issues staying hard. Before using Promescent, I could never last more than 10 min. The sensation would always be too intense. With Promescent, I was able to go a full 16 min before reaching the point of no return. This is a game changer! My lady is climaxing before I do which rarely happened before. The lidocaine smell is there so apply and wait the full 15 min. I would not use if you plan on receiving oral. She will notice the lidocaine smell and might transfer the lidocaine to her mouth.

I got both the spray and the wipes tried them both I thought the spay did a better job and worked really good be careful if you put much on you will not feel anything and go limp ! The wipes are ok i don't think they last as long to me as the spray does.

The Promescent delay spray works well. I’ve learned I don’t need to use that many pumps. 2-4 sprays work well, lightly rubbed in & allow @ 5 minutes for the effect. There is a slight medicinal aroma, which lets my secret be known. The fact it’s not transmitted to my partner is good too.
