Excellent workout mat
Love this mat especially for ab exercises. Definitely helps support your back versus thin regular mats. Also wanted something portable to travel with and it is perfect especially with the handles.

Versatile Mat and easy storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Pilates instructor loaned me a ProSource tri fold mat for Zoom workouts. The mat was perfectly cushioned for all the exercises. It providers enough support for working on your back, stomach as well as tumbling My son and husband also made use of the mat for stretching . It is light weight so we could easily move it from room to room and the tri fold makes it easy to store away. I have since ordered 4 more as gifts

Floor Mat

No only do they fold up to get them out of the way, they are thick enough to use on my tile floor which is too hard to exercise on without a thick mat. it’s really nice and we are very happy with the so far. Just started using them a week ago.
