Having said that, as with anything, we recommend you speak to your primary physician or nutritionist first, as everyone is very different, and it’s prudent to check on your individual dietary needs/tolerances. For a protein cookie, it’s pretty good. There’s a bit of an after taste but that’s expected. I microwaved it for about 20 seconds (with a break in between) and that helped a lot. They’re a little caloric so I wouldn’t over do it with these.

Wow, these cookies are so delicious! In my opinion, you can't even tell it's a protein cookie. It's soft and the chocolate chips add a nice texture, but it's not all fatty and greasy from the butter. I don't know, but I feel like regular cookies taste amazing, but they are heavy and I fell gross afterward. With these Quest cookies, it feels healthy and light and I feel like it's a perfect after dinner snack to satisfy your sweet tooth and give you a nice protein boost. Definitely healthier and less calories than any other dessert (aside from fruit).

A LOT to be desired
I have eaten many protein bars, cookies, etc. & there has yet to be a Quest protein bar or cookie that i liked and would recommend or repurchase. Lenny & Larry’s is the best I have tried, so far. The only thing I like is the chips and they are too expensive.
