Q: Can you eat these cookies while pregnant?
A: In regards to your inquiry, we do have many nursing and pregnant mothers that are avid consumers of Quest products. Having said that, as with anything, we recommend you speak to your primary physician or nutritionist first, as everyone is very different, and it’s prudent to check on your individual dietary needs/tolerances. All of the ingredients we use in our products are classified as GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) by the FDA, and we have many pregnant/nursing women who consume our products because of what they do not contain (sugar, trans fat, etc.), but again, only your doctor can say for sure what is right for you individually!
