Mushroom Ravioli
I was initially apprehensive about trying pre-made pasta, but I've worked in plenty of restaurants, and this is nothing new in the culinary world. It was easy peasy to cook, and I tried it the traditional way the bag recommended, (with EVOO, some garlic, and a little parmesan/Romano cheese...) it was okay, but I ended up adding a meat sauce and topped with plenty of mozzarella. It was SO GOOD, I ate it ALL by myself, which isn't saying much, but I was full & happy, DEFINITELY recommended trying these products!!!

I’m so surprised at how flavorful this ravioli is, it’s perfect with just some butter or olive oil and topped with fresh parm and cracked pepper! We didn’t feel like it needed extra garlic or salt, the filling is perfect! My only wish is that the portions were larger, this definitely needs a side or two and can be split for two people. We like to make ours tossed in butter with sautéed asparagus or green beans and a side of bread or salad. Delicious!

Just as good as Olive Garden. 💯 also shelf life is a bonus cuz wasn’t pressured or rushed to use it or you can freeze em. If you are a seconds kind of person or family, 1 bag is not enough (enough for no more than two people and one serving each). We wanted seconds and quickly learned we need to buy two next time.
