Q: This states 35% calcium. That's not clear enough. A post menopausal woman, for example has a higher calcium requirement than a 20 year old male. You need to state the numbers in mg and include a pic

submitted by low sodium diet - 4 months ago
  • A: YASSSSSS please!!!!!!

submitted bySnjladybug - 4 months ago
  • A: The daily value (DV) for calcium is 1,300 mg. If the yogurt provides 35% of the DV, that's 0.35 × 1,300 mg, which equals 455 mg of calcium in the 5.3-ounce serving.

    submitted byDaredevil1766 - 4 months ago

Q: Why do none of the images/info state the calcium content? I take meds that interfere with calcium so I need to know how much is in each of the flavors. I need a number, not percentage.

submitted by low sodium diet - 4 months ago
  • A: Hello! A 35% Daily Value means there’s about 455 mg of calcium (35% of the 1,300 mg daily recommendation). I hope this helps!

Q: DOES THIS YOGURT HAVE ANY KIND OF SUGAR IN IT?

submitted by jeanne - 5 months ago
  • A: YES! Erythritol (an alcohol sugar) and sucralose. Too much erythritol can upset your digestive track. Sucralose is one of the good sugars.

submitted bySnjladybug - 4 months ago
  • A: Hello Jeanne! Yes! Our :ratio Protein Yogurt Black Cherry has 3g of sugar. I hope this helps!

Q: Is this Keto friendly?

submitted by Melu - 7 months ago
  • A: YES! KETO! Blueberry is 4 fat, 7 net carb (8 carb minus 1 sugar alcohol), 25 protein. Beats eating Tillamook Zero beef jerky or hero toast at 8pm because you’re short protein. Hey rep you can mark ALL this and more as Keto! At Target: Chobani coconut Zero sugar Greek yogurt (0 fat, 5 net carb, protein 5 - plus 6 cultures), Good & Gather (Target brand) chocolate covered almonds, Kind mini bars, Russel Stover sugar free chocolate (1 carb each but Zylitol so don’t eat more then 2), Chomps jalapeño beef sticks, Pearls olives, Taco Bell taco sauce Mild or Hot, taco seasoning, Mission tortillas full size 1 carb or no carb street taco size, Tillamook cheese (no coating agent so melts great), sugar free jello, caffeinated Sunkist zero orange soda, caffeinated Dr Pepper zero strawberry & cream soda, 7up Tropical Zero soda, A&W root beer zero, Gatorade zero. Veggies/fruit is really fresh! 3 pack bell peppers, mini peppers, sliced mushrooms, medley tomatoes, red onions, broccoli, green beans, raspberries! I ❤️ my Keto food and I always have olives and a kind bar in my bag.

Q: Is there any good bacteria/probiotics in this? Any vitamin D?

submitted by cdm813 - 1 year ago
  • A: L. bulgaricus is a probiotic to aid in digestion, to prevent diarrhea, and to relieve symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. S. thermophilus improves digestion, particularly for those with lactose intolerance. It also helps with gut health, immune system, potentially reducing inflammation and promoting a healthy gut microbiome.

submitted bySnjladybug - 4 months ago
  • A: Good day! Yes, it has vitamin D and we use cultures L. Bulgaricus and S. Thermophilus on our Ratio Protein probiotic yogurt. I hope this helps!

Q: Does this particular yogurt not contain any live and or active cultures? I'm not seeing it in the ingredients list.

submitted by Mae - 1 year ago
  • A: The two cultures are good for gut health, digestion, post, antibiotic, diarrhea, immune system, lactose intolerance. If you have IBS skip the yogurt and head on over to Target’s drug department for Align probiotics. It contains proprietary cultures you can’t find anywhere else.

submitted bySnjladybug - 4 months ago

Q: What is the "natural flavor"?

submitted by Doris Dee - 2 years ago
  • A: Hi Doris! Natural flavor is any flavor component that comes from a spice, fruit, vegetable, herb, bark, bud, root, leaf, or similar plant material, meat, poultry, or other natural product. Natural flavors function as flavoring and do not impact nutritional value. Natural flavors are found in many foods sold today.

Q: why isn’t something like stevia or allulose or monk fruit used instead of Sucralose to sweeten it?

submitted by luna - 4 months ago
  • A: Hello Luna! After exploring numerous natural sweeteners, we discovered that none of them worked as well as sucralose to create a taste that our consumers love while continuing to provide 25g protein and 3g sugar in a 5.3oz cup.

    Formula Change? So bad!

These were my go-to for years! Recently I purchased two on separate occasions.I tried the first one and immediately thought it was rotten. It tasted like really stale protein powder mixed with rotten strawberries. A week later I bought a second one. Same nasty taste!! Did they change something? PLEASE go back to the original formula, this is SO SO BAD.

    Ew no

Texture is weird and off putting like melted plastic or paint. I don’t know if I would call it creamy like a yogurt. Ingredients are not great. Tastes crappy too. There’s better yogurts out there that are worth the money. This isn’t just for the coconut flavor, it’s the entire brand.

New and RUINED formula- runny and gross

I USED to love this yogurt. In the last couple weeks the thick texture I used to love was replaced with a DISGUSTING runny yogurt. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA !!!! I'd hate to have to go back to Oikos pro because i liked this one, it's thickness and it's higher protein more but i refuse to eat any more of this disgusting runny mess.

The 15/grams coconut yogurt is SOO much better!

The 15 grams of protein coconut yogurt is amazing! The 25 grams of protein coconut yogurt is awful- they literally taste nothing alike! The 15 grams of protein coconut yogurt is really white and tastes like a tropical dessert. The 25 grams of protein coconut yogurt is beige and smells and tastes like a greek yogurt/ protein shake. I am obsessed with the 15 grams of protein coconut- I bought a ridiculous amount of it weekly. Now all of the sudden, my local grocery store quit carrying it and now only offers the 25 grams of protein coconut yogurt. I have tried it twice, trying to convince myself it wasn't as bad as the first time I tried it. But it was- even a generous amount of the ratio trio toasted almond granola could not save it. I am super bummed that I will have to switch up my daily lunch/ snack routine.! Please don't remove the 15 grams of protein coconut yogurt from stores!

    Delicious!

This is my favorite tasting yogurt! It has a rich and smooth consistency, and fills me up with the extra protein content. I recommend trying it with hemp seeds and pistachios for a little extra crunch! I have tried the vanilla, coconut, and strawberry flavors and like them all!

I have a container of :ratio for breakfast every morning. It was suggested to me by a family member who is a dietician as a way of getting protein. I love it! Key Lime, Blueberry, Strawberry, and Strawberry Cheescake are my favorites. I find them to be consistently creamy; just stir and eat.

A Luscious Meal in a Cup!

When you need adequate protein, this is the solution. Absolutely delicious and healthy--both! Can't be without this item. For some reason, despite my MCAS, I do not have an adverse/allergic reaction to this product. The probiotics must be low histamine. Now... Everyone is unique but I can highly recommend Ratio with the recommendation that you try it once, wait 48 hours to determine if you have a reaction. I didn't! Soooo grateful! And soooooo rich, thick, creamy and yummy! Quite a treat on my very limited diet! Thank you, Ratio!

    Bad Ingredients, Poor Quality! Beware

Sucralose, Carageenan, Seed oils...NO THANKS! Needs an ingredient overhaul. Tried it once, could be decent if ingredients were clean. The protein content makes you think it's a smart option but read closer. Just disappointing! It deserves zero stars! It is a General Mills owned company, so that explains the horrible ingredients!

General Mills’ first priority is the safety of consumers. We use only ingredients that have been approved as safe by the FDA and USDA for use in food products. There are thousands of regulations that govern the safe use of substances in food and consumer products in the United States. The United States’ product safety regulations are among the most rigorous in the world. In addition to regulations, General Mills also has strict ingredient supplier requirements and conducts voluntary testing of products to ensure their safety. Rest assured, we will share your comments with the rest of our team.
