    Not worth the price

Purchased this for our granddaughter and she used it for a few months. Just stopped working, tried charging it more than once and says it’s fully charged until she tried running it then states low all the time. Tried getting a new battery but almost impossible to find one that works. Website is useless to find a battery that will work. Do not recommend this at all. Very disappointing would give a zero but lowest rating is a one.

    Potential to be great

This is a great little machine but has its problems. It's batteries are terrible and you will have to replace them if you want to enjoy the machine for more than 20 minutes at a time. It is built much better than any power wheel. Not even comparable really. I would recommend getting this quad online from somewhere that's giving a good deal and immediately upgrade to 20 amp hour lithium-ion batteries. If you get 24 volts it will stay the same speed. If you get 36 volts it will go 50% faster. I would also really recommend getting your kid the wheel spacer kit because the quad is a little narrow and can be flipped pretty easily. If you're willing to put the work in and do a couple simple modifications you can have a machine that will last your kid a long time. I would recommend from ages 3 to 7 years old. I'm not sure why they advertise it for eight plus. But honestly if you just want your kid to mess around in the yard here and there. You're probably better off with a Power Wheels JeepAnd a tool battery adapter

    JUNK

Brand new just bought it and it does nothing. Let it charge and the on/off switch doesn't even work. Biggest waste of money I've ever spent. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Stop being cheap and put quality parts and batteries in them.

Great for kids who don't like engine noise. The kids love it. Seems like most bad reviews are user issues from not maintaining it.

    Tough, quick, awesome for kids

Bought two of the McGrath version quads on sale when my kids were 5yrs and 7yrs, and they thrashed them daily. Multiple crashes and playing bumper cars with minimal damage. I did have to tighten the wheels & axles and adjust the brake after a few months. The run time usually outlasted my kids attention span and I didn't notice any reduction in run time after owning for about 14 months. We never left the chargers plugged in after full. The batteries are standard 7ah and cheap to replace online but we never needed to replace them. After 14 months of ownership we upgraded to TRX90s and sold the McGrath quads for a profit, because my 2yr old isn't ready to ride yet. But when my 2yr olds hands get big enough to use the hand brake, we plan on buying him a razor quad as they're a perfect transition between a power wheel and a gas quad. The only downside ever noticed was a lack of power going up the big hills on our property, but that's expected with burly kids on a 350watt motor.

    Great purchase

Not sure where all these negative reviews are coming from but after I read them I felt compelled to write my own based on our experience. We got this for our 2 year old and we would sit on the back and let him ride us all around the property for months u til he got the hang of it himself. That’s about 180 pounds on this thing. lol then we would run along side him so we could grab the brake if we needed to. By 2 1/2 he was ripping around on it by himself. The variable speed throttle is amazing for this little electric quad and when he got a dirt bike he already knew how to use the throttle because if the quad. We had it for 2 years without any issues, rode it hard, left in the rain a few times but mostly stored inside. Passed it along to a friend when we moved and it’s still goin strong. Maybe we just got lucky but we would happily buy another for our other son now that he’s 2. Unfortunately they’ve been sold out for months and have doubled in price almost. Still worth it though in my opinion.

    Perfect starter quad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 99% of bad reviews were battery// charging related. First thing I did was upgrade the batteries to 10amh and wired a charging plug for each individual battery. It’s 24v Trying to charge two 12v batteries causing one or both batteries to fail prematurely. The little trickle charger that comes with razor doesn’t shut off automatic when batteries are full. I used two 3amp automatic chargers. Hopefully Razor will see this and make this improvement. Super tough little quad !!!

    Last forever

I bought one of these quads and a dirt bike when my kids were 3 and 5. They are now 19 and 21. I just cleaned out the garage and passed these down to the grandkids. They are both still going strong. They are heavy duty and last forever! And my kids wore the tires out on these things.

    Good,for a while

Don’t expect this thing to last more than a couple seasons, after the charge doesn’t hold anymore, I’ve got both the Razor dirt bike mx350 and Quad, same issue with both and they want 30% more now than I paid a couple years ago,

    Great battery powered quad!

We got our daughter this for Christmas and she LOVES it! She needs some practice as this is her first 4-wheeler experience driving solo! The only things that I don't like are how easy the front wheels turn making it turn over fairly easily and there isn't any sort of throttle control or kill switch (especially since our daughter is a beginner). But over all, I would definitely recommend this product to children!

    Razor Quad

I gotta say this thing surprised me lol pretty good speed if it’s your child’s first atv. My son has been going up and down hills. The only thing for me was the battery life but we’ve been charging it it for 24hrs after each use and he’s been using it for about 1hr 30min every day. So honestly it’s great!

    Doesn’t work after 6 months…

Is there a reason this thing won’t charge? After spending so much money in an electric quad, I’d expect the battery to last longer than 6 months. It won’t work.. says it’s fully charged and won’t drive anywhere. Was amazing when we first got it.
