Q: Can you use this glass without the lid
A: Thank you so much for your question. The cup can be used without the lid, however we don't recommend it as there is threading on the rim, which can make it uncomfortable to drink.

Q: Is this a bite proof spout?
A: Thank you so much for your question, Tina. It has a hard spout cup, which makes it harder for a little one to bite through the spout.

Q: Can you put warmed up liquid in these cups?
A: Hey Hannah! Thank you so much for your question. Yes, you can absolutely use cold or warm liquids in this cup. However, this cup is not insulated, so your littles will be able to feel the temperature from the outside.

Q: Do you remove the valve for use? Or do you keep both sides connected? It seems impossible to drink out of!
A: Thank you so much for your question. Yes, please keep the valve intact in order to keep it as a no-spill cup. We receommend using your pinky finger and poking it through the slit to widen the valve and allow an easier drink.
