Healthy clean chicken fillets

They are lightly breaded filets of chicken, I get creative and cut them up and add to a pasta dish like fettuccine Alfredo which my kids love. If your counting carbs only 4 grams net carbs and 23 grams of protein per fillet! The package comes with 5 pieces of chicken. The smell and taste is amazing. Keep frozen to maintain shelf life.

They are delicious!

I baked them in the oven and put them on buns dressed like some of the big chain restaurants new chicken sandwiches, with mayo and pickles. Everyone loved them made this way. They stayed juicy and tender after cooking. The breading was just enough and got slightly crispy and really let thr flavor of the chicken come through. There was no weird after taste at all. I will definitely buy these again as my family really loked them. They can be picky about food but these were a hit.
