A: Hello! We're sorry to hear your Cartwheel tumbler has not been performing as expected. Please make sure the straw has been assembled correctly. The straw should be pulled through the lid from the bottom, and then snapped into place, with the flat "skirt" on the straw resting on the top of the lid. Cute, but there are better cups out there!
Like other reviews said, we experienced spilling with liquid bubbling up at the straw. I also dislike having to take the straw apart because you have to pull the top part of the straw from the bottom of the lid. Other cups like Zak or the Pillowfort ones, you can just pull it from the top which is easier. I do think the prints are cute! And love how it is dishwasher safe. This just didn’t work the best for us and my 20 month old daughter.

Kids Cups
I was looking for a kids cup that my 1 & 2 year old could use. They used them well. But I was constantly cleaning up huge puddles of liquid. The lid was fully screwed on. I even leaned it over the sink and tipped it over before giving it to them. But for whatever reason I would turn around and find puddles on my flooring. Is NOT recommended in our household. I already clean enough.

No leaks here!
This is a cute cup. My son loves it. I do wish there was an option with a handle bc it makes it easy for both him and I to carry when our hands are full with other stuff. The leak proof is true we haven’t had a spill. But the ring on the inside of the cup is hard to get into place. Otherwise it’s easy to clean and a great cup for a baby/toddler!

Agree with other reviewers that this broke after a couple of uses - the cup fell from a very short distance onto the counter and the entire outer plastic portion of the cup broke off. The under the sea design is SO cute though! Straw is easy to clean and comes apart into two pieces - top soft part and bottom harder part.
