The world's most annoying cup?
I don’t often leave reviews, but the design of this cup is just awful. Despite the screw-on lid, I have never had any cup so prone to leaks—even as my kid has learned to use “big cups.” Something about the weight distribution just seems to make it especially prone to tipping over and the design is way to complicated to warrant all of the parts you have to keep up with to maintain the cup. I’ll be tossing in the trash instead of donating to the thrift store, so another unsuspecting parent isn’t fooled by how cute and “secure” this cup looks.

Strong and sturdy base with poorly executed lid.
Bought one for my daughter for Christmas 2024 (9 y/o at the time) and within a few months one of the tiny plastic arms at the base of the large latch or flip-top lever (not the small one in the center that you put a straw in broke. With this piece broken, the lever easily comes off leaving both holes unsealed, and of course no longer leak proof. I came to this site in hopes to order a replacement lid, however the cost is not practical. Sorry. My daughter wanted to include that she liked the grip on the bottom, but does not like that when you drink from it without the straw, the center cover touches her nose.

My grandson is 18 months old. His mom and dad have been looking for a cup that doesn't leak for a while. I saw this one and ordered it for them. No dice. If my grandson bends the straw, it leaks. He also very quickly figured out how to move the latch that allows him to drink from it like a cup instead of using the straw. Water all over the place.

Pros and Cons, Cons make products useless.
Love 2 part straw that helps it seal in lid and multiple ways to drink out of lid. However after having the main lid seal come off when my daughter had it at school, the cup is now useless. After looking at most reviews this is a common problem, and there are no replacements available for any of the seals. Note to manufacturers stop making cups to sell for a hot minute and gets some parts stock available before your reviews cost you sales!

Within the first few weeks every single round silicone flip broke off so we can't even move from straws to it being a regular cup and there's no replacement parts so I have great cups with absolutely useless tops. "Thought of everything" sure did bud. That's why they're destined for the garbage unless I can find new tops.

2 of my kids have these cups and they are a hit! I love having a stainless steel option for them. Water stays colder longer. Easy to clean in the dishwasher. Not 100% leakproof, but as a mom of 4 littles, I know there really is no such thing as a fully leakproof straw cup. However, this is a really nice, affordable option. My girls love the design on their cups. One has the mermaids and the other has the unicorns.

Print peels off
We bought the cup about three weeks ago while on vacation in the USA. Since our return, we've been using it every day and washing it by hand. The print on the cup is already peeling off. By the time we start kindergarten in four months, the cup will probably look very used.

Great cup but too many pieces in lid to keep up with.
These cups work really well but they have so many components that make it spill-proof and if any of those parts are lost, they do not work as expected. I have not had the cups a month and a piece has gone missing so the cup is no longer spill-proof. I have contacted the manufacturer but it doesn’t appear there are options for what I need.
