Our flatbread crackers are made in our bakery in Sonoma County, north of San Francisco. We bake everything using the best organic ingredients. To this day we use the same sourdough starter our founder created in 2005. Rustic Bakery crackers are made with simple ingredients: flour, water, and salt. The dough rises slowly and ferments like bread. Each variety is specifically designed to complement cheese. Our sourdough flatbread combined with a classic blend of herbs reminiscent of the South of France, pairs perfectly with any style of soft or hard cheese and is equally delicious with hummus or your favorite dip. Ideally served with your favorite artisan cheese and cured meats.
