Typically really enjoy these crackers as they are crispy and savory. The box I opened contained stale crackers. I didn’t notice a breach of the foil bag but somehow the cray came stale.

These are the best and healthiest crackers by far, but in my online order of 10 boxes from Target, 5 of those boxes were expired by several months. In the previous order 1 had been. I encourage you not to buy online for these. I certainly won't be purchasing them here again.

favorite GF crackers
these ARE SO GOOD. if you are picky you will probably hate them, i was absolutely delighted by these upon taking my first bite. i eat them by themselves all the time. simple mills does everything right. even my family members who can eat gluten think these are delicious!

Added Flavor Onion & Garlic
The box says the flavor is Sea Salt which is what I wanted. When I opened it and tasted the crackers I was annoyed to taste Onion & Garlic. If I wanted those flavors I would have chosen a different cracker. I also got the Farmhouse Cheddar. I haven't tasted them yet but they also have onion & garlic. Not everyone wants those flavors added, I always avoid crackers with those flavors in them

Sea Salt and Garlic
Beware if you want plain tasting simple salted crackers which from the front of the box you would expect these are NOT them. They are chock full of GARLIC. The double hit of Tapioca and Cassava causes an incredible amount of digestive issues.

Celiacs Beware
Celiacs be wary of this brand. The crackers, muffins, and pancake mixes seemed like such an awesome thing to add to our already restricted diet, but we found our son kept getting glutened somehow and after we got rid of Simple Mills he started healing and feeling better. If you don’t have celiac I could see how this brand would be a good option, but the CGF must be >20PPM or extremely close to it so do you eat this brand a lot it can start to affect you.

Our products are GFCO certified. We take our gluten free status very seriously and go above and beyond the industry standards to confirm the safety of our products. We work very hard to ensure that there is no cross contamination and that the only ingredients in our products are what’s on the label. We follow all allergen policies set up by the FDA to verify that our lines are clean, and we have validated allergen cleaning procedures to ensure that all previous allergens have been removed. We also do extensive finished-product gluten testing conducted by a third-party laboratory that is an AOAC International certified lab for gluten testing and competence, on every single batch. Delicious crackers that happen to be gluten-free
10 years ago I would not have imagined eating or even liking gluten-free crackers beyond that these are semi-addictive like I have to portion them out, seriously I’m not celiac but I know that gluten can cause inflammation so I like to avoid it when I can.
