A: It comes with both, mainly USB-C cord tho! It comes with a USB-C to USB-A dongle

Please also know that the drive comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable and a USB-C to USB-A adapter in the box.

Q: Can this be used with iPhone 12 if we use our own USB-C to lighting cord?
A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about the SanDisk Extreme 2TB Portable External SSD: USB Connectivity, Microsoft Windows Compatible It's unlikely you can use the SanDisk Extreme 2TB Portable External SSD with an iPhone 12 using a simple USB-C to Lightning cable. The main reason is that the Lightning port on the iPhone 12 and the cable itself generally don't provide enough power to run the SSD.
