Calling this cheese “American” is misleading. It’s basically a flavorless, very thin sliced cheddar. I get that the brand is committed to lesser processed products, but don’t market it as something all Americans know to be a very processed cheese.

Not many can replicate such a delicate texture and flavor at such good prices. It’s neatly packaged and super easy to use. A must try for burgers , sandwiches and fries.
