Very nice parm!

This cheese is a great example of why Wisconsin is the cheese capital of the world! There is just no better aged Parmesan than this!

Did not like the taste at all. I really prefer grating and using parm for various dishes but this one was a real letdown. I’m not sure how to describe the taste.

Delicious as a young-ish Gouda, with the same buttery, slightly nutty notes. Nothing at all like a Parmesan Reggiano.

This cheese is amazing. I have it with salami and crackers and it’s the perfect snack. Little pricey for the size but I love the taste.

Holy cow!!! Had to stop myself from eating the whole block. Our family eats high quality cheese and just ok cheese…this is great cheese! If you are a cheese person, especially a Parmesan person, you have to try it.

I was so surprised with this parmesan cut. It's insanely delicious the flavor explodes in your mouth once you bite into it. You Get a strong sweet nutty taste with a salty aftertaste. Once you bite it, it turns into a firm creamy texture and starts to break apart. You can cut it into really thin slices and it will not break until you bite it. I love it and will be going back for more!

I like having some cheese as an appetizer. This one is a bit salty to eat on its own. Good for pasta.
