Hispanic recipe. It is made with a special type of rice that is cooked with a blend of

    Not cooked and began fermenting

    I bought 2 packs of 4, beginning of Aug, cracked one open when I got home and it was not good, too sweet like the ingredients hadn't mixed well and the caramel was not caramel because it was basically white which means it wasn't cooked hot/long enough. Threw that one away and tried to eat another hoping for better caramel taste, this one was wayyyyyy worse, it was spicy/fizzy which can only mean the one thing: fermentation. Since then BOTH packs of 4 have spoiled in the fridge well before their time. Not sure what y'all are doing, but I recommend cooking more, cutting corners less, cracking down on quality assurance.

    EXTREMELY delicious !!!!! 😋😋😋

    This is the BEST rice pudding that we have ever eaten!!! It is SOooo DELICIOUS!!! We buy it all the time, and nothing else compares after first tasting this many years ago! The sweet taste of the usual rice pudding with a bit of vanilla, and the later of cinnamon on top is extremely delicious!!! It's the one item in the house that EVERYONE in the family eats 😋. THANK YOU Senor Rico for making this delicious product which I know will always be eaten by everyone even on their midday finicky days!!!

    Arroz con leche

    This product used to be delicious! Now the rice feels like its not cooked all the way. Does not taste the same. I've noticed from 1 yr or so it changed so much. Please go back to original recipe.

    Liquid smoke and late night fun

    I hope it's how the store cares for inventory and not the product, but I hadn't bought this in over a year for a reason. It didn't taste like flan, it quite literally tasted like liquid smoke concentrate and I paid the price over night for finishing a cup.

    I love the product but a got quarter filled cup

    This is the best rice pudding that I've tried that wasn't homemade. I really love the product but on my last purchase I got a cup that was only a quarter filled.

    Taste bad… Aseptic issue

    When I open the pack all of the 4 was under pressure. The best before date was Sep 14,2026. I am sure the was not seal under a good aseptic process.

    Choked on hard plastic inside rice pudding cup

    I bought this product last night at my local Mariano’s. When I returned home from the store I put the rice pudding in the refrigerator and went about my night. In the morning I grabbed the rice pudding cup from the fridge, opened it and started eating it, on the fourth spoonful I swallowed something hard and immediately started to choke. Thank God I was able to release this plastic obstruction in my throat that was inside of the rice pudding cup. It looks to be a piece of plastic from possibly the assembly line. VERY SCARY!

    Spoiled way before best by date

    The day I bought them, I tried one and the taste seemed a little off... And the caramel was the consistency of snot. I had one bite and was grossed out. Left the other 3 in the fridge, forgetting about them for a week or so. Today I was cleaning my fridge and found the remaining cups about to burst, they seem to be full of gas?? Best by date is almost a month away.

    Disappointed

    I usually really enjoy there product, but I recently but 2 of the larger sizes and they were 90 percent liquid. Overall they have a good product just need to better with quality control.

    Goopy or great

    I have purchased this twice in the last month. The first pack of four contained 2 great flan desserts and 2 goopy inedible discolored flan. Deciding this was an anomaly, I bought it again. This time 3 were great and 1 was goopy. I decided it was probably time to say something so here ya go. Didn't think to take pictures.
