Horrible Customer Service
This table arrived with damage and discoloration that was only really noticeable once put together. I was able to cover most of it with a table runner, but was obviously not pleased and it is large/difficult to return. When I called customer service to see if they could send me a new one or offer a discount, they offered me $10 (LOL). I was honestly appalled that they would offer $10 on a quality issue for a $500 table--ridiculous. After 30 minutes on the phone, I got them up to a 40% refund, but I am really disappointed in Target's customer service. I was told that the "system" would not allow them to offer me anything more. The customer service rep was negotiating with me on a quality issue that they should've taken responsibility for and resolved. I will not be making large purchases like this through Target again.

The perfect table and chairs
Love this set. We were on the hunt for the perfect apartment/smaller sized dinning table and this has fit all our needs. Easy to put together and great delivery service. The color is more on the warmer tone. We get lots of compliments from our guests.

The perfect dining table!
I really love this table and how big it is for price! The quality is good and it’s heavy duty. It’s a little more yellow toned than I would like but it’s still really beautiful!

Extremely Disappointed
We’ve had this table for about six to seven months, and it simply cannot hold up to every day use. Normal daily use (where we sit to eat meals) and cleaning (after meals) has warped the tabletop. The seams between the faux-wood “planks” on the table absorb any moisture and expand the porous particle board interior. A kitchen table at this price point with no durability and no longevity is really unacceptable. I should not have to plan to replace a piece of furniture this large after less than 1 year that is being used as intended. I would’ve even paid more for the size and design of this table if it was made of higher quality materials that were meant to last — solid wood. This is just junk.

Exactly What I Expected.
I’ve had my eye on this table for at least a year and when I saw it was 40% off, I pulled the trigger. Shipping was quick and putting it together was easy. I put it together myself (at almost 34 weeks pregnant) in less than 30 minutes. Step 2 of the instructions are a little confusing because it makes you think you need 4 more H1 screws but you don’t. Or maybe that was just pregnancy brain not comprehending. Either way, it’s absolutely beautiful and I can’t wait to use it. Now I hope it stands the test of time with 2 kids!
