It does help some of my lower back issues. I have sciatica issues. But for the most it does help to calm my lower back.

Each of those has multiple options and settings. I can use this while laying down or sitting in my chair. Did t really feels great after a long day.

Works really good after I get home from work I put the back wrap on and use the heat and vibration it helps my back out a lot. Also like the extender strap it makes it really comfortable.

The Sharper Image Calming Heat Back Wrap does wonders. It delivers a soft calming heat with multiple heat settings and a vibrating option for massage. It velcros on easily for a fit for any size. It also came with an extender if needed.

Relief
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work a very physically demanding job. I am always sore especially in my lower back due to the amount of lifting I do at work. I needed relief and this gives me that. The heat is my favorite part about it. It actually helps ease my pain. There are 3 vibration speeds as well. Of course it doesn't provide an actual massage but the vibrations are definitely relaxing. The lumbar can also be inflated to help ease pain and provide support. It has a USB cord so can be plugged into your car to use while driving or riding somewhere. But it also comes with a USB adapter so it can be plugged into a wall outlet. It's well made and does wonder for my aches.

The BEST back heat wrap

The addition of the lumbar support is something that adds so much to make sure my posture is good while I enjoy the heat and vibration. Extra long cord and easy to use remote that Velcro's on wrap. Additional piece to extend wrap if needed.

It is so nice to put on the Calming Heat Back Wrap and crank up the heat, massage, and lumbar support to sooth my aching back muscles. It is easy to adjust the 3 settings for heat, 3 settings for massage, and 3 settings for lumbar to customize your experience. The remote conveniently Velcro's to the front of the wrap making it easy to change the settings as needed. It is comfortable, easy to use, and works great to sooth aching back muscles. The control panel allows for as much heat you could ask for and the massage has 3 settings also The wrap is soft and very nice with an extra long cord . Also comes with an extender for the ppl needing a bit more room but it’s also a very nice size . You must try this product!! We as a family of aches and pains !! Highly recommend this heat and back wrap by sharper image.

There are many different settings you can choose from. I like the lowest setting on heat, vibration massage, and lumbar. The controller is attached to it, and you can dock it on wrap if you want. Lying on my side I have found is the most comfortable way to use it. This is the best wrap I have found for my aching back. It comes with an extension in case you need it.

Unboxing was easy and all you have to do is open, plug in the power cord and enjoy the amazing different options, levels and quality relief this wrap has to offer! I’m obsessed and now want a second one for traveling it’s that great I feel I need another or two! Heat is great on all 3 levels! The vibrations help so much to melt away the tension and pain!
